1. Allegation of residence of parties.

2. On or about December 1, 1952, defendant converted to defendant’s own use ten bonds of the ___________ Company (here insert brief identification as by number and issue) of the value of ten thousand dollars, the property of plaintiff.

Wherefore plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of ten thousand dollars, interest, and costs.
