Haw. Fam. Ct. R. 90

MATRIMONIAL OR CIVIL UNION ACTIONS; DOCUMENTS

(a) Definition. A matrimonial or civil union action shall be an action for annulment, divorce, separation or separate maintenance.

(b) Documents required. At the time of filing, the complaint or cross-complaint shall be accompanied by such other documents as may be required by the court.
