JURISDICTION AND VENUE UNAFFECTED

These rules shall not be construed to extend or limit the jurisdiction of the district courts or the venue of actions therein.

COMMENTS:

Adopts DCRCP Rule 82 (HRCP Rule 82 is identical except to refer to "District" rather than "Circuit Court") verbatim language.
