WEIGHT OF THE EVIDENCE

While you must consider all of the evidence in determining

the facts in this case, this does not mean that you are bound to

give every bit of evidence the same weight. You are the sole

and exclusive judges of the effect and value of the evidence and

of the credibility of the witnesses.
