INTENT TO DISCRIMINATE: PRIOR ACTS OF DEFENDANT
In determining whether defendant(s) intended to
discriminate against plaintiff(s) on the basis of [see, e.g.,
Instruction No. 6.2., for insertion here of appropriate
protected category], you may consider evidence of
defendant’s(s’) prior acts and conduct towards plaintiff’s(s’)
co-employees.
