Preparation of Transcript

The evidentiary hearing shall be transcribed by a court reporter designated by the court hearing

the case as set forth in OCGA § 9-14-50. Within 30 days after the evidentiary hearing, the

transcript of the evidentiary hearing shall be made available to the parties and the court.
