Hospice Payment Rates

Hospice payment rates are made in accordance with CMS guidelines and at rates published in the

Federal Register each year. Rates will be in effect October 1 of that year through September 30 of

the following year.

Routine Home Care Rate (1-60) Revenue Code 651 $231.13 (1 unit = 1 day)

Routine Home Care Rates (61+) Revenue Code 651 $182.18

Routine Home Care (SIA Hourly) Revenue Code S551 & S561 $69.79

Continuous Home Care Rate- Revenue Code 652 $1,674.94 (Full Rate 24hrs)

Continuous Home Care Rate- (1 unit = 1 hour) $69.79 (Hourly Rate)

Inpatient Respite Care Rate- Revenue Code 655 $560.51 (1 unit = 1 day)

General Inpatient Care Rate- Revenue Code 656 $1,199.86 (1 unit = 1 day)

These rates are in effect for services provided on or after October 1, 2025.
