FORGERY — UTTERING
§ 831.02, Fla. Stat.
To prove the crime of Uttering a Forgery, the State must prove the following three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:
1. (Defendant) passed or offered to pass as true a (document described in charge).
2. (Defendant) knew the (document described in charge) to be [false] [altered] [forged] [counterfeited].
3. (Defendant) intended to injure or defraud some person or firm.
