ISSUES ON PLAINTIFF’S CLAIM

The issues for you to decide on (claimant’s) claim for trespass are:

First, whether (claimant) [owned] [had lawful possession of] the real property upon which (claimant) maintains that (defendant) trespassed; and

Second, whether (defendant), without consent or authorization, intentionally [[entered] [used] that real property]] [remained on that property after any consent or authorization had been revoked] [caused a physical object to enter that real property] [caused a physical object to remain on that property after any consent or authorization had been revoked].
