FLORIDA DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT (“FDUTPA”)—LEGAL CAUSE
Engaging in a deceptive or unfair trade practice is a legal cause of [loss] [injury] [damage] if it directly and in natural and continuous sequence produces or contributes substantially to producing such [loss] [injury] [damage], so that it can reasonably be said that, but for the violation, the [loss] [injury] [damage] would not have occurred.
