MULTIPLE PARCELS
This trial involves several parcels of land owned by several owners named in this action. These parcels of land have been combined in this action for the purpose of trial, for convenience, and to save time and expense. Each parcel, however, is to be considered separate from the other and each constitutes a separate trial as to each individual parcel and owner.
