ISSUES ON PLAINTIFF’S CLAIM

c. Retaliation:
Whether (defendant) retaliated against (claimant) by [discharging] [suspending] [demoting] [(describe other retaliatory treatment alleged)] [him] [her] because of [his] [her] [opposition to alleged discriminatory actions] [or] [filing a charge of discrimination] [(describe other participatory activity)], [the claimant’s opposition was reasonable], and, if so, whether the [discharge] [suspension] [demotion] [(describe other alleged retaliatory treatment)] was a legal cause of [loss] [injury] [or] [damage] to (claimant).
