SUMMARY OF CLAIMS OR CONTENTIONS
The claims [and defenses] in this case are as follows. (Claimant) claims that (defendant) intentionally and unjustifiably interfered with (claimant’s) [contract] [or] [business relations] with (person or entity) which caused harm to (claimant).
