Fla. Medicaid Hospice Services Coverage Policy § 8.5.1
Nursing and Intermediate Care Facility Rates
Florida Medicaid reimburses providers at 95% of the Medicaid rate on file for the
facility where the recipient resides. Providers are responsible for the room and board
payment to the nursing facility or ICF/IID.
