Fla. Medicaid Hospice Services Coverage Policy § 4.2.3
Hospice Services in a Nursing or Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID)
Florida Medicaid reimburses providers for nursing facility and ICF/IID room and board
in addition to the per diem payment when a resident recipient elects hospice.
