Canons of Judicial Ethics

(a) Judicial Ethics. The Code of Judicial Conduct,

approved and adopted by the American Bar Association on

August 16, 1972, as modified and published by the

Supreme Court in pamphlet form effective April 1, 1974,

shall govern the conduct of all Judges of this Court.
