Rules 149 to 168 shall apply to all cases in which receivers

are appointed for any person, partnership, association or

corporation, existing or dissolved, and in all cases in which

trustees are appointed for a dissolved corporation, whether

such receivers or trustees are appointed pursuant to a

statute of the State of Delaware or pursuant to the

inherent authority of the Court; provided, however, that

the Court may relieve the receivers or trustees from

complying with all or any of the duties and procedures set

forth in Rules 149 through 168 and may impose such other

duties or prescribe such other procedures as the Court may

deem appropriate.
