Del. Ch. Ct. R. 143
Standing Magistrates in Chancery
The Chancellor may designate an attorney admitted to
practice by the Delaware Supreme Court as a Magistrate
in Chancery. A Magistrate in Chancery serves at the
pleasure of the Chancellor. A Magistrate in Chancery must
not otherwise engage in the practice of law.
