CHARACTER OF DEFENDANT

The defendant has raised the defense that evidence of [his/her] [character

trait] is inconsistent with [charge]. If the evidence of the defendant’s character

trait raises a reasonable doubt about the defendant’s guilt, you must give the

defendant the benefit of that doubt and find the defendant not guilty.
