Alibi
ALIBI
The defendant has raised the defense of alibi to [charge]. The defendant
contends that, when the crime was allegedly committed, the defendant was
somewhere other than the place where the crime was allegedly committed. If the
evidence on this defense raises a reasonable doubt about to the defendant's guilt,
you must give the defendant the benefit of that doubt and find the defendant not
guilty.
