Separate Acts Charged to Defendant
SEPARATE ACTS CHARGED TO DEFENDANT
The defendant is charged with [#] separate offenses, which are set forth in
the indictment. These are [#] separate and distinct offenses, and you must
independently evaluate each offense. The fact that you reach a conclusion with
regard to one offense does not mean that the same conclusion will apply to any
other offense. Each charge is separate and distinct, and you must evaluate
evidence as to one offense independently from evidence as to the other.
