COERCION [STATUTORY, NON-AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSE]

In this case, Defendant has asserted the defense that, at the time Defendant

threatened to accuse a person of a crime, or to cause criminal proceeding to be

instituted against the person, Defendant believed the person had committed the crime,

and Defendant’s sole purpose was to cause the person to take reasonable action to

remedy or correct the wrongdoing.
