Conspiracy
CONSPIRACY:
AGREEMENT AS AN ELEMENT/NECESSARY INVOLVEMENT
Defendant may not be convicted of conspiracy to commit a crime: when an
element of that crime is agreement with another person (with whom Defendant is
alleged to have conspired); or when Defendant is alleged to have conspired with
another person necessarily involved in the commission of the offense.
