Loitering
LOITERING
In order to find Defendant guilty of Loitering, you must find the State has
proved the following element beyond a reasonable doubt:
Defendant loitered or remained in or around school building or grounds, not
having custody of or responsibility for a student, or any other specific or legitimate
reason for being there, without written permission from the principal.
