Compounding a Crime
COMPOUNDING A CRIME
In order to find Defendant guilty of Compounding a Crime, you must find
the State proved the following two (2) elements beyond a reasonable doubt:
(1) Defendant offered, conferred, or agreed to confer a benefit upon another
person; and
(2) Defendant and the person agreed or understood that the person would
refrain from initiating prosecution of a crime.
