Advertising Marriage in a Another State
ADVERTISING MARRIAGE IN ANOTHER STATE
In order to find Defendant guilty of Advertising Marriage in Another State, you
must find the State proved the following three (3) elements beyond a reasonable
doubt:
(1) Defendant [erected a (sign/billboard)/(published/distributed) any material]
giving information relative to performance of marriage in another state; and
(2) Defendant acted knowingly.
