Exclusion or Modification of Warranties
EXCLUSION OR MODIFICATION OF EXPRESS WARRANTIES
If you find that [seller’s name] has used words or conduct tending to create an
express warranty and has also used words or conduct tending to exclude or limit the
warranty, you must try to interpret them as being consistent with each other. But if
you find that they cannot reasonably be reconciled, you must disregard the words or
conduct tending to exclude or limit the warranty.
