Improper Use by Plaintiff

MISUSE OF PRODUCT

If you find that [describe alleged misuse of product] was not a reasonably

foreseeable use by the manufacturer, and if you find that this misuse was an

intervening or superseding cause of [plaintiff’s name]’s injuries, you must find for

[defendant’s name].
