21 Del. C. § 4155 – Turning Vehicle
Title 21 Del. C. § 4155 provides as follows:
(a) No person shall. . . turn a vehicle from a direct course or move right or
left upon a roadway. . . until such movement can be made with safety without
interfering with other traffic. No person shall so turn any vehicle without giving an
appropriate signal. . .
(b) A signal of intention to turn or move right or left when required shall
be given continuously during not less than the last 300 feet or more than one-half
mile travelled by the vehicle before turning.
