Right to Assume That Others Will Use Ordinary Care
RIGHT TO ASSUME THAT OTHERS WILL USE ORDINARY CARE
Every driver has the right to assume that others will use ordinary care and obey
the rules of the road. This right continues until the driver knows, or should know,
that somebody else isn’t using ordinary care or obeying the rules of the road.
