Multiple Defendants
MULTIPLE DEFENDANTS
There are several defendants in this case. Some may be liable while others are
not. All the defendants are entitled to your fair consideration of their own defenses.
If you find against one defendant, that should not affect your consideration of other
defendants. Unless I tell you otherwise, all my instructions apply to every defendant.
