Del. P.J.I. Civ. § 23.3
Prior Inconsistent Statement
PRIOR INCONSISTENT STATEMENT BY WITNESS
A witness may be discredited by evidence contradicting what that witness said,
or by evidence that at some other time the witness said or did something, or failed
to say or do something, that is inconsistent with the witness’s present testimony.
It is up to you to determine whether a witness has been discredited, and if so, to
give the testimony of that witness whatever weight that you think it deserves.
