Foreseeable Injury
FORESEEABLE INJURY – DEFINITION
A foreseeable injury is one that, under the circumstances, an ordinary person
would recognize or anticipate the risk of injury. It is not necessary that the particular
injury suffered was itself foreseeable, but only that the risk of injury existed.
