Oath for Court Security Officers
OATH FOR COURT SECURITY OFFICER
{Clerk}:
Do you, _______________, solemnly [swear / affirm] that you will conduct
these jurors to some convenient room and keep them there, and that you will not
allow anyone to speak to them, nor will you speak to them yourself, without the
Court’s permission, except to ask them whether they have agreed on a verdict?
{Turn to the Judge and say: “Your Honor.”}
