Duration of Offer
DURATION OF OFFER
An offer [or counteroffer] remains open for a reasonable time only, unless
withdrawn earlier. What constitutes a reasonable period must be determined from
the particular circumstances of the case and from any conditions declared in the
terms of the offer.
