EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

Generally, a contract for employment is “at-will”. Employment “at-will”

means that either party may terminate the contract at any time without providing a

reason or cause.

In light of the evidence presented, you must determine whether [plaintiff’s

name]’s employment agreement with [defendant’s name] expressly created a

definite period of employment or otherwise expressly created a contract that could

not be terminated “at-will”.
