AGENCY ADMITTED
It has been admitted in this case that, at all times relevant to this litigation,
[employee’s name] was an employee acting within the scope of employment and
was the agent of [employer’s name].
Therefore, as a matter of law, [employer’s name] is equally responsible with
[employee’s name] for any acts or omissions [employee’s name] may have
committed at the time of the incident.
