Nondisclosure of Known Facts
NONDISCLOSURE OF FACTS ALREADY KNOWN TO PLAINTIFF
If [plaintiff’s name] was aware of the true facts of the transaction, even if they
were concealed by the other party, or if [plaintiff’s name] did not rely on the
concealment of these facts, then there is no fraud.
