Assault and Battery – Plaintiff’s Consent
CONSENT
[Defendant’s name] has alleged that [plaintiff’s name] permitted
[defendant’s name] to make contact with [plaintiff’s name]’s person. If you find
that [plaintiff’s name] showed a willingness to engage in the alleged conduct and
that [defendant’s name] acted in response to this willingness, then you must find for
[defendant’s name].
