Defamation – Prior determination of defamatory statement
PRIOR DETERMINATION OF DEFAMATORY STATEMENT
The Court previously determined [parties stipulated] that [identify the
statements] are defamatory. In order to recover, [plaintiff’s name] must prove all
of the elements of [his/her/its] claim as I have previously stated.
