Duty of Passenger to Common Carrier
DUTY OF PASSENGER TO FOLLOW REGULATIONS OF CARRIER
AND
THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE PILOT / DRIVER
A passenger must take reasonable care to observe the regulations of a common
carrier and must follow the reasonable instructions of the [driver / pilot]. If you find
that [name of passenger] failed to take reasonable care to observe [name of
carrier]’s reasonable regulations or follow the instructions of [name of carrier’s
driver / pilot], then you must return a verdict for the [name of carrier].
