COMMENT TO 2018 AMENDMENTS The conciliation rules have been deleted as unnecessary based on the establishment of the Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Division. Conciliation efforts are still mandatory under D.C. Code § 16-3906 (2012 Repl.).
