The Grand Jury

History

COMMENT FRCrP 6 has been left vacant since there is no grand jury in juvenile proceedings. D.C. Code (1967 Edition, Supplement IV) § 16-2305 provides that the Director of Social Services and the Corporation Counsel decide whether formal charges should be brought by filing a petition against the juvenile.
