History

COMMENT FRCrP 23(a) "Trial by Jury" and FRCrP 23(b) "Jury of Less than Twelve" have been excluded since all juvenile cases are to be heard without a jury. See D.C. Code § 16-2316(a). FRCrP 23(c) "Trial without a Jury" has been moved to become SCR-Juvenile 31(a).
