Disciplinary Proceedings Against Attorneys
Any judicial officer, attorney, or other person who believes that a member of the bar of
this Court should be censured, suspended, or expelled from the practice of law at the Bar
of this Court for a crime, misdemeanor, fraud, deceit, malpractice, professional misconduct
or conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice may proceed against such member of
the Bar as provided in Rule XI of the rules of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals
governing the Bar of the District of Columbia. Nothing herein shall be construed to
deprive this Court of any inherent disciplinary powers possessed by it.
