Enforcing Relief for or Against a Nonparty

When an order grants relief for a nonparty or may be enforced against a nonparty,

the procedure for enforcing the order is the same as for a party.

History

COMMENT TO 2017 AMENDMENTS Rule 71 has been amended consistent with the 2007 stylistic changes to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 71. COMMENT Identical to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 71.
