Grant or Denial of Certification

A petition by a party shall be granted on the

affirmative vote of three of the judges of the Appellate Court. Upon the determination of any petition,

the appellate clerk shall enter an order granting

or denying the certification in accordance with the

determination of the court and shall send notice

of the court’s order to the clerk of the trial court

and to all counsel of record.
