Conn. Practice Book § 69-1
Docket
The appellate clerk shall periodically prepare
a docket of all pending cases which are not on a
current assignment list and which appear to be
ready for assignment under Section 69-2 or have
been ordered to be heard by the court. The appellate clerk shall post the docket on the Judicial
Branch website. The electronic posting on the
Judicial Branch website shall be official notice of
the docket. Counsel of record who have received
an exemption from the electronic filing requirements pursuant to Section 60-8 shall receive
paper notice of the inclusion of the case on the
docket.
