Conn. Practice Book § 60-3

Suspension of the Rules

In the interest of expediting decision, or for other

good cause shown, the court in which the appel -

late matter is pending may suspend the require -

ments or provisions of any of these rules on

motion of a party or on its own motion and may

order proceedings in accordance with its direction.
