Conn. Practice Book § 41-17
Particular Judicial Authority May Not Hear Motion
A judicial authority who signed any warrant or
order for the seizure of property, testimony or evidence or for the interception of any communications shall not preside at any hearing on a motion
made pertaining to such warrant or order.
